Handling finance functions involving determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control. o Review of Contracts for overseas Investment, Term Sheets for acquisition of Companies including Share Subscription & Purchase agreement, Shareholders Agreement.

o Handling finance functions involving determining financial objectives, designing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control.o Liaising with Banks and Corporate Head quarters, positioning funds to meet working capital and project requirements and negotiating with banks for raising fund and non fund based facilities at favorable terms to meet working capital requirements. o Monitoring the inflow / outflow of funds; taking adequate measures to ensure optimum utilization of available funds towards the accomplishment of organizational objectives. o Drive the coordination with the Project Heads to monitor site profitability and report to management. o Played a key role in fund raising through Equity Placement like QIP, FCCB , IPO and also through, ICD, ECB and short/long term loans to support funding needs of Projects and company operations. o Proficient in mobilizing working capital finance and finalizing lines of credit through Banks/FIs on most competitive terms.

o Driving entire operations of Finance & Accounts Department o Evaluating and redesigning accounting policies & procedures o Liaising & negotiating with financial institutions for placing ICD’s. o Interacting with IT department for developing Accounting systems, Surveillance and Management Information Systems, Operating & risk management systems , o Redesigning the salary structure of the employees for minimizing the Income Tax liability

Evaluating & redesigning various Accounting policies , Finanlisation of Annual Accounts , Coordinating with Statutory Auditors

o Responsible for finalizing the accounts; liaisoning with Statutory and Internal Auditors. o Handled ABC Audit (Audit Bureau of Circulation) of the group.
