Here is a summary of my key experience and skills: Over 25 years of experience in managing entire production operations planning and executions, as well as quality implementation. Rich experience in various aspects of the dairy industry, including powder plant, SMP (Skimmed Milk Powder), WMP (Whole Milk Powder), DW (Dairy Whitener), Ghee, Cheese, Butter, and production of 6 lakh liters of poly pouch milk for Mother Dairy in Umang (LVP). Skilled in controlling production costs through efficient management and innovative practices. Strong leadership qualities, with expertise in planning, team building, and leading teams. Proficient in preparing operational budgets and ensuring adherence to them. Capable of conceptualizing and implementing projects and annual improvement plans for process reengineering, technology absorption, expansion, and revamping of plants. Experienced in monitoring adherence to quality systems such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Knowledgeable in using advanced techniques to identify assignable and chronic causes, leading to waste elimination and improved plant efficiency and productivity. Proficient in establishing and maintaining quality management systems, ensuring adherence to ISO 22000, HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points), and GMP, EMS(Environment Management System) & OHSMS (Occupation Health & Safety Management System) standards.
