Driving end-to-end product strategy and development under the Flexity brand, owning product vision, roadmap, and execution for parcel locker solutions. I lead cross-functional teams, manage supplier and client relationships, and translate customer and market insights into clear product requirements and delivery priorities. With a strong technical foundation in electronics and mechanics, I bridge business and engineering—overseeing component selection, certification, and validation—while ensuring products move efficiently from concept to commercialization and deliver measurable customer and business value.

Building an edge-based ANPR system for automated gate access control—owning the full product lifecycle from discovery to deployment. Product: Identified market opportunity, defined product requirements, conducted competitor analysis, and shaped go-to-market strategy. Hardware: Designed and assembled the edge computing unit, integrated cameras, and configured gate control interfaces. Software & ML: Trained and optimized object detection and OCR models, deployed real-time inference on ARM edge devices, and built a web portal for monitoring, allow-list management, and remote administration. Combining electronics engineering background with hands-on product management to take the system from idea to production-ready hardware.

My role is managing our projects after sales; - Working and managing clients Projects - On-boarding new and also existing clients extending their establishments - Ensuring the client has the right software solution to match their business needs - Provide training to all facets of our Revel Software (SaaS) solution - Back and Front End of our award winning Cloud based POS system - Do onsite/remote installs to our new/existing clients in assisting them with setting up our Revel related and networking hardware, configuring their/our networks (Ubiquiti/Cisco) - Configure our new/existing clients and assist with any add ons / 3rd party additions / Partner connects to our Revel Eco System - Ensuring our clients projects are ready for their 'go live'

I handle high call volumes of client technical support requests via phone, email and web and assist them to achieve resolution. Review support cases for technical and troubleshooting accuracy We are Mac/IOS driven here, our tools are; Zendesk/Salesforce (Ticketing) Cisco Jabber/Finesse, We are 'Lean' driven I support our clients with; - Revel POS System - Networking - Setting Up, Diagnosing, Resolving Cisco and Ubiquity Networks Routers incl. TP Link, Linksys, Cisco and more Access Points, Switches Apple Ethernet, Wifi - Associated Revel POS Hardware/Peripherals Printers, Card Swipes/Pin Pads, Scanners, Cash Drawers As a Tier 2 agent, my job was: • Deal with high priority and cases which T1 could not deal with, VIP, Payment cases. • Revel iOS app and cloud based Management console supporting and testing. • Advanced network and other hardware configuring and troubleshooting • Reporting issues/bugs to Engineering team via JIRA • Payment issues troubleshoot (TriPOS/FreedomPay/Intuit)
