-Successfully designed, programmed, and implemented AVEVA APC for a liquid gas site in Shaybah (ARAMCO). -Spearheaded the development of a Predictive Emissions Monitoring System (PEMS) as an alternative to Continuous Emissions Monitoring Systems (CEMS). -Led the end-to-end process, including stack testing, data sorting, predictive model design, and -hardware-software integration. -Delivered a robust solution for accurate predictive analysis of emission gases across 8 turbines, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. -Strengthened expertise in advanced process control and predictive analytics, contributing to sustainable industrial operations.

During my time as a Lab Engineer at Khwaja Fareed University of Engineering and Information Technology (KFUEIT), I was tasked with establishing and managing the Industrial Automation Lab, a state-of-the-art facility aimed at providing hands-on training and practical exposure to students in the field of automation and control systems. My primary responsibilities included designing and setting up the lab infrastructure, selecting appropriate equipment, and ensuring its optimal functionality.
