Since 2006, Uwe Peregi has served as the General Manager of Herrmann Ultrasonics, overseeing the North American market. Herrmann, a global leader in ultrasonic welding technology, has effectively executed aggressive growth strategies with its leading portfolio of products and technologies. Prior to his role at Herrmann, Uwe dedicated over 15 years to the semiconductor industry, primarily focusing on Asia and the USA. His diverse experience spans more than 30 years across various industries, providing him with a comprehensive understanding of manufacturing, service, marketing, and sales. Uwe's passion lies in exploring new markets, formulating strategies, and introducing innovative ultrasonic solutions, which he believes are instrumental in driving his ambition. He strongly advocates for a robust corporate culture as the cornerstone of success, fostering customer enthusiasm. Uwe earned his Master’s degree from the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Outside of work, he enjoys engaging in water sports, biking, and spending quality time with his family and friends. With a profound love for travel, Uwe has explored over 50 countries.
