I manage the purchasing and planning of food items for HD İskender, HD Döner, Pidem, and Makarnam restaurants. I buy and follow up food groups like desserts, pickles, chickens, sauces, coffee, vegetables and fruits, dairy products, legumes, oils, and flour. I also buy and track meat products (such as beef forequarter, beef parts, boneless meat) for our meat factory. I talk with suppliers to get good prices and products. I prepare and follow yearly contracts. I work with the planning and warehouse teams to make sure all products are ready on time. I make price lists and keep them updated. I solve problems quickly when something is missing or delayed.

I negotiated prices, costs, delivery times, and product details with suppliers and managers. I followed existing orders and checked their status with suppliers. I checked and confirmed the quality of products. I kept records of needs and orders in the purchasing system. I followed market trends and competitors to find product improvements or new products. I helped maintain quality standards and service levels in the organization.

I supported the purchasing needs of Burger King, Popeyes, Sbarro, Usta Döner, Döner Stop, and Arby’s restaurants working with TAB Food. I purchased products by checking daily, weekly, and monthly stock levels. I prepared, followed, and reported monthly purchasing budgets. I followed the whole process from purchasing to delivery. I did domestic and international market research for different product groups. I followed and analyzed supplier performance during the purchasing and supply process and prepared reports.

I handled product-related issues reported by Burger King, Popeyes, Sbarro, Usta Pideci, Usta Dönerci, Döner Stop, and Arby’s restaurants working with TAB Food. I worked with the relevant teams to solve these problems in a correct and timely way.
