Main Responsibility : • Act as Project Leader are responsible for daily operation of the LNG Tangguh laboratory, both production and environmental laboratory

Key Duties: • Ensured the implementation of HSE Management System in line with standards including ISO 14001 and timely achievement of objectives and targets. • Assigned as Champion and TOT of ISO 14001 and maintained HSE legislation and records. • Created Project Specific HSE plan. • Participated on Contractor’s Safety Management System (CSMS) audit, record all findings and monitor corrective action to be taken.

My responsibilities include; • Reviewed and updated all Quality Documents in order to comply with ISO/IEC 17025. • Coordinated internal and external audit and liaison with Indonesian Accreditation Body (KAN) in order to maintain ISO 17025 certification for the laboratory. • Developed and maintained the Laboratory QA/QC programs to ensure analysis and equipment capability, and complies with international standard ISO/IEC 17025. • Performed Root Cause Investigations for non-conformity report (NCR)’s raised during internal and external audits. • Coordinated and liaison with proficiency test (PT) provider to ensure the results are in high confidence level and corrective action are taken if needed. • Prepared and conducted of customized internal QA/QC training in order to provide laboratory staff with a better understanding of technical aspects • Performed routine inspection/assessment of remote laboratory at client site. • Oversaw instruments maintenance by preparing Instrument Maintenance Schedule, liaison with instrument manufacturers for Annual maintenance of the instruments. • Enhanced Laboratory testing capabilities by developing new test methods, validating new equipment. • Conducted Test Method Assessments and Test Method Witnessing for various test methods. • Conducted Management Review meetings.

My Responsibilties: • Acted as Team Leader for the General Water Quality (GWQ) group responsibilities include, but are not limited to training analysts, peer review of analytical data, mentoring of junior analysts, writing and reviewing standard operation procedures, development and implementation of new method, perform maintenance on instrument when required, manages the turnaround times so that reports are distributed to the client in a timely manner. Duties also require performance reviews and development of direct reports.

My responsibilities: • Supervised day-to-day activity includes management of laboratory operations. • Implemented QA/QC procedures to ensure a high degree of confidence in the analytical results provide by the laboratory services. • Ensured lab personnel are competent to perform required tasks and performed coaching and mentoring to support personnel who have difficulties with meeting targets for performance. • Involved assisting in calibration/troubleshooting; performed minor repair of lab equipment; coordinated with vendors for technology upgrades, major breakdowns and spare part requirement. • Reviewed/checked all the analytical results entered in LIMS by the lab technicians and approved the results in LIMS for distribution. • Coordinated stocktaking of laboratory reagents, spare parts, glassware, and other consumables to ensure maintenance of stock at prescribed levels; Issued purchase requisition. • Acted as a Laboratory Manager when He is on vacation.

My responsibilities: • Prepared and standardized chemical solutions required to carry out all necessary tests for water samples. • Performed sampling and analysis for received waste, WWT and environmental monitoring samples. • Operated, maintained and troubleshooting various lab instruments, i.e. AAS, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, TOX Analyzer, TOC Analyzer, pH meter, ISE Meter, TDS/Conductivity meter, TCLP extractor, Bomb Calorimeter, Flash point Tester, Viscosity meter, etc. • Performed routine maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment on regular basis to ensure that they are in good operational conditions. • Analyzed pre-acceptance waste samples and end-acceptance waste samples using qualitative methods. • Performed laboratory-scale trials of waste stabilization/solidification/encapsulation using portal cement (PC) and other reagents. • Performed laboratory-scale trials of physical/chemical treatment of waste water sample, including coagulation/flocculation optimization. • Performed laboratory-scale trial of alternative fuel Raw (AFR) products; performed analysis for lab trial, in-process, and finished product of AFR product. • Conducted Hazardous Waste Treat ability Study in which a hazardous waste is subjected to a physical, chemical, biological, or thermal treatment process to determine; • Performed total solid and bearing strength testing for treated waste sample. • Provided the lab formulation of waste stabilization and/or solidification to be guideline for operation dept. and analyzed solid treated waste sample before placed in landfill area. • Recorded the tonnage of received waste by inputting it into LIMS and compiled the waste manifest.
