- Retail Hub Automation & Dashboard: Led efforts towards end-to-end POC on automation & digitalization of retail operations through dashboard systems, IoT beacons, footfall analytics, energy consumptions, BTL auction, demand analytics systems. Systems developed for customer convenience – Digital Directories, Mobile App-based store-finder, in-mall navigation and parking-aid. App also featured offer alerts from nearby stores while visitor navigated. - Supplier/Partner Onboarding Portal for Construction Vertical: Facilitated vendor ecosystem where construction vendors could register with extensive details and the projects/procurement teams could onboard vendors through workflow process to be registered contractors & suppliers. The system facilitated searches that helped find appropriate vendors based on parameter-based criteria. - Led design & development of several portals initiated to facilitate employees' real-time attendance alerts, quiz & surveys portal, interactive monthly newsletters, online grievance cell & redressal system, blog, campaigns, and Peer-to-Peer(P2P) Care portal.

- Portal Technologies (WPS): Spearheaded implementation of enterprise-wide intranet portal on WPS platform including development of highly reusable portlets that could be replicated for similar functions use-cases. Several portlets featured creation and publishing of contents by different departments, employee productivity & information portlets that helped employees submit claims, know about policies, internal and external job postings to websites, resume finder, dept. touchpoints, direct-to-management, blogosphere, SOP publisher, compliance tracker, and many more were built. - Web Content (WCM): Leveraged the state-of-art tech to consolidate all DLF group of websites under IBM WCM platform that eliminated need for managing conventional code-centric websites, erstwhile maintained by multiple web agencies, reducing coders’ job, brought more power to the users to design, curate & publish content on-the-fly. - Enterprise Content (ECM): Built implementation strategy along with IBM team, including migration of legacy system to IBM Filenet. Migration constituted 500TB+ of existing data movement along with metadata repository. Led development effort to build key components related to digitization process of physical documents within the organization through automated extraction of metadata via OCR technologies and autonomous indexing.

Requirement gathering and facilitation of user interaction sessions for the new ERP solution. Thoroughly analyzed & documented req. for the offshore development teams. Review system design specifications produced by the development team. Test system functionality as per signed-off design (SRS document) and pass it for extensive testing to 3rd party teams.

Conducted comprehensive study and documented all legacy systems in the organization, technical references to which did not exist until that time. Identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations in each business operation process by talking to key stakeholders. These were to be used as inputs for the new ERP implementation to start soon.

Involved in the study of existing management information systems in place and types of reports that helped the decision-making process within the organization, worldwide. Subsequently, also explore new products that were emerging to help with MIS. Also assisted LOR IT team with the coding of some of the components of new tools under development, that was meant for internal use at LaingÓ Rourke.
