My career in recruiting began out of necessity. I had just started a new role of 2016 started to roll through my industry of IT. I made a personal choice from that moment on to solely focus on growing the company and that is how I got started in the greatest job in the world. Throughout my career I have had the ultimate pleasure of meeting new people and really getting to know their story. I can't describe the how much joy it brings me to literally change people's lives by placing them in a role that makes them look and feel like a 'RockStar". In addition I take great pride in the fact that as a recruiter I personally contribute to the success of the company's bottom line by the people I hire. I have also personally taken a few course on python and Java to advance my understanding of software engineering. I also regularly attend a couple 'meetups' a week and continue to grow my personal network. It is such a great time to be working in this industry as I see and learn so many amazing things that people are creating. I feel really confident and happy that I have the opportunity to work with some really inspiring people.
