Ensuring optimal stock levels at stores and sales channels, managing stock turnover rates, availability, and optimization processes Preparing demand and purchasing plans by analyzing past sales data and market trends on a category and channel basis, and coordinating with relevant departments Monitoring automated stock replenishment systems, controlling shipments, and updating stock replenishment plans Tracking distribution criteria of products allocated via replenishment system Preparing reports on aged stock and slow-moving products, regularly presenting them to senior management, and implementing stock clearance plans Actively participating in pre-campaign planning and ensuring the availability of campaign products in stores Planning initial shipments for new store openings, entering orders into the system, and ensuring stock controls Regularly monitoring sales performance and product-based stock status, and preparing improvement and transfer plans on a store basis Reviewing sales, e-commerce, marketing, and data analytics reports; providing recommendations related to stock and products Managing 30.000+ m2 warehouse operation with Teknosa own team. Responsible from delivery and warehousing budget. Managing negotiations with LSPs. Responsible for 100+ team with 4 direct reporter managers. Developing and leading new logistics investments and business improvement projects. Coordinating delivery operations to the stores located in most of the cities in Turkey. Coordinating Business to customers micro delivery for e-commerce side. Leading system improvement processes for warehouse and TMS.
