I hold an MBA in Human Resources from Bharati Vidyapeeth, Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship Development (IMED), Pune, which equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and strategies. My journey into HR began after completing my Bachelor of Computer Science (BCS) from Pune University in 2020. While my academic background is diverse, my interest in people-centric business aspects drew me toward HR, where I balance technical knowledge with human capital management.
