Communicate with a wide array of customers to insure they are leveraging the OSIsoft PI System to maximize their operations and realize high Return On Investment (ROI). Serve as a single point of contact for customers on all aspects of the annual Software Reliance Program (SRP) renewal. Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Industry Principals to create effective and targeted campaigns. Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into core product, marketing and sales process.

Provided Frontline NOC support as well as managed a team of NOC engineers. Proactive Monitoring, Alerting, and Troubleshooting thousands of production servers owned by our Enterprise Customers. The server status and core PI Applications are monitored 24/7 while adhering to a strict Service Level Agreement (SLA) of 60 minutes for critical alerts. When alerts are detected, the issues are either resolved via unattended remote access and/or the customer is contacted with specific details to resolve the alert.

Provided pre-sales support and lead technical discussions. Created and delivered presentations with live custom demonstrations. Gave product talks at OSIsoft's regional seminars.

Solved over 4000 Technical support cases with an average Customer Satisfactory Score of 4.8/5.0. Developed excellent troubleshooting skills while mastering in-depth product knowledge of all OSIsoft PI Products and nearly 500 different interfaces. Also trained new Customer Support Engineers via mentorship, phone shadowing, and instructional courses.

Manage Tech YouTube Channel (YouTube.com/UTECHPIA) and a Tech Blog (utechpia.com). Create all aspects of the videos/blogs from conception to publication; including script writing, video/photo captures, editing, and marketing. Work with brands to promote products and generate public awareness.

Wedding Photography Business started in July 11, 2009. Built the business from the ground up; without any formal photography or business training. Was the Main Photographer, in addition to everything else: Client Communication, Lead Generation, Marketing, Legal, Taxes, Budgeting, Information Technology responsibilities, Camera Maintenance and Troubleshooting, etc.

Designed and programmed custom data acquisition system (coded in Visual Basic). Integrated sensors & actuators for an R&D CNC Machine (MDSI). Composite materials evaluation using finite element analysis. Conducted laboratory experiments using various resin formulations and carbon fiber weaving patterns. Analyzed sensor data, finite element analysis data, and lab results to optimize procedure, resin formulation, and carbon fiber waving pattern. Technology development related to aviation projects. Project code name, ABDO: Toyota Aviation Business Development Office.

Assisted instructor in teaching Advanced Strength of Materials course. Prepared and conducted class discussions; also held office hours.
