For 15+ years, I worked in top management roles across the fashion and consumer goods industry – from s.Oliver, where I advanced from Trainee to Director, to Liebeskind Berlin as Director of Product & Merchandise Management, and later at ooia/Ooshi as part of the management board leading product development, supply chain, and B2B expansion. These years shaped my leadership style: collaborative, empathetic, and driven by clarity and structure. I know the reality of balancing deadlines, politics, endless to-do lists, and the pressure to deliver. And I know how easily focus can get lost in the daily grind.
