In this opportunity managing Production of Digital offset printing plate. Procurement raw material according to business plan. Established manufacturing production processes to get higher production yield. 1. Implement CAPA system in production process and achieved production yield from 91% to 97%. 2. Modify production process and lowering effluent water generation by 75%. 3. Developed standard SOP in Production, Quality Control and wastewater treatment plant for better understanding and smooth operations.

Revamp production line with latest technology upgradation with help of technical partner. 2. Optimized production line, resulting in 5% throughput increase and standardized processes in production. 3. Introduce Kaizen system and reduce power consumption cost 20%. 4. To co-ordinate with external and internal customer for smooth functioning of activity and communication across team members.

Analyzed and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements. 3. Implement e-CRM system for effective monitoring of customer complaint and resolution. 6. Established Zero liquid discharge system for environment compliance and save water 40000 liters per day 7. Implemented water recycle from process and control water consumption from 12lit/sqm to 8 lit/sqm. 8. Accomplished treated water disposal norms as per pollution control board law.
