I am currently the Head of IT at Alif Bank, with a robust history in the banking sector that began in 2017. My journey started with the development of the online store alifshop.tj and managing small loans. In October 2017, I spearheaded the opening of CBOs in Khujand city, demonstrating a strong aptitude for operational management and strategic expansion. In 2018, I assumed the role of Head of the Small Loans Department, where I was instrumental in launching the innovative BNPL product "Salom" in Dushanbe and Khujand. This role honed my skills in product management and consumer finance, significantly contributing to the bank's growth in these regions. Transitioning into technology, I became the Head of Alif Tech in 2020, while also serving as the Deputy Head of the IT Department at Alif Bank. My responsibilities expanded to include overseeing technological strategies and developments that support the bank's services and operations. In November 2022, I was appointed as the Head of IT Department at Alif Bank, where I now lead a team focused on innovating and improving our technological infrastructure to better serve our customers and maintain our competitive edge in the financial industry.
