Introduction of a new company trading as Fonterra Ingredients Limited (FIL) for all of Fonterra’s exports where the existing buy-sell model between Fonterra Ltd NZ and the various regional operating concerns is replaced by an inter-company STO model where FIL becomes the global sales entity for customers outside of New Zealand. * Detailed plans to ensure smooth cutovers for various phases into the system and related activities to support Technical and Business Go-Lives. * Various CVC data realignments involving different Sales Organizations. * Design and build of a new interface enabling data flow from ECC to BI to APO for sales history involving the new intercompany STO replacing previous sales orders. * New APO BW transformations to ensure the legacy data is coming against the right Sales Organization during the interim phase. * Introduction of a new Singapore Plant and related APO remediation. * Supporting various test phases and cycles.

Leading APO Demand Planning Implementation at Fonterra's new Brands business in China. Designing, Implementing and Integrating the new 'In-Market Demand Planning' solution back to Fonterra's very complex global planning linking back to its core ingredients planning and the Global S&OP. - Introducing Fonterra to FMCG best practice Demand Planning processes and helping the organisation move away from heavily customised and complex solutions and processes constrained by system design that was originally implemented for the ingredients business and does not currently fit their rapidly growing FMCG business to a flexible and true demand planning solution based on industry best practice and moving towards a more standard APO DP solution that is scalable and can be adapted by both Ingredients and Consumer (FMCG) businesses. - Also pioneering the use of standard customer hierarchies across the organisation for their planning and reporting and allowing for the flexibility to be used by Finance, Sales and other functions as more business units are integrated into the solution.

IS Demand Planning Project Lead responsible for implementing and rolling out the Mondelez Global APO Demand Planning solution into the Asia Pacific region leading a team of 4 APO DP Functional Consultants and one BI Consultant while mentoring and training the DP business SME’s in the team and the individual country DP key users on the APO DP solution and ensuring all processes and technical design elements adhere to the company's global design template. I have so far successfully lead and delivered rollouts in Australia, New Zealand, China, Indonesia and Philippines. I have recently designed and delivered a Distributor Forecasting solution in Indonesia and Philippines. This was purpose built as a result of major gaps between the existing DP functionality and the countries’ business processes. This solution is now being rolled out in similar markets in Europe and Americas. Leading the next wave of implementations in Malaysia, Singapore, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

SAP Functional consultant for APO-DP/SNP contracted by SAP Australia for the food and beverage division of Cadbury Schweppes. Provided consulting, BAU support and worked closely with the Schweppes Demand and Supply Planning Managers proposing new enhancements and process improvements in APO for Schweppes. APO was a very unstable system at Schweppes when I took over with frequent failures and downtimes as a result of a badly supported system. User understanding was poor resulting in inaccurate demand being passed to SNP. Turned this around in three months and APO issues/incident queue was down from 100+ into single digits resulting in a very stable APO system.
