I am a Civil Engineer and Retail Delivery Engineer with hands-on experience delivering large-scale retail and F&B fit-out projects within one of the most ambitious developments in the region — Avenue Riyadh, the world’s largest shopping mall. Currently working with Mabanee KSA, I am actively involved in the coordination, execution, and delivery of over 1,600 retail units and 250+ F&B outlets, ensuring alignment with approved drawings, technical standards, safety requirements, and project timelines. My role sits at the intersection of site execution, stakeholder coordination, and technical compliance, where I collaborate closely with consultants, contractors, tenants, and internal teams to ensure smooth retail delivery from design to handover.
