I am Usha Jaiswal, a luxury retail entrepreneur , and currently the Chairperson of FICCI FLO Ahmedabad. With over 22 years of business experience, I have built my journey in the luxury segment, with a strong focus on growth, excellence , and creating meaningful experiences.I am the founder of Avenue 79, a concept store curating an exclusive mix of domestic and international brands across fashion, lifestyle, home décor & wedding & corporate gifting along with a thoughtfully designed café experience—catering to the discerning clientele of Ahmedabad. I have also been actively curating and hosting high-end exhibitions, pop-ups, and bespoke experiences for the city’s elite audience.Alongside this, I have been closely involved in my family packaging venture since its inception which today exports to over 50 countries and supplies to leading pharmaceutical companies, further strengthening my operational and global business perspective. I am also actively associated with platforms like GCCI and BNI committee .I am deeply passionate about women empowerment, with a vision to support women entrepreneurs in scaling their businesses from 10x to 100x.I strongly believe in creating impactful platforms that inspire, connect, and elevate businesses and communities.
