* Expertise : * Wellhead operations ( Equipped with Wellhead control panel) * Liquid/Gas separation systems * Crude oil sweetening and stabilizations * Sour gas sweetening ( By MDEA & MEA) * Sulphur recovery unit ( By claus Process) * Sweet gas dehydration ( BY TEG & Molecular Sieves ) * LPG & NGL production plants ( By Turbo Expander) * Gas compression systems ( Reciprocating & Centrifugal) * Gas on line metering systems and chromatography at custody transfer * Crude Oil Movement , Metering & Pumping * My responsibilities includes : * Operational Troubleshooting / Emergency Handling * Modifications in existing system as per applicable code and standards * Safety procedures development and implementation * Department Budgeting * Oil & Gas accounting on daily , monthly and yearly basis . Monthly calculations of SNGPL ( Gas Distribution Company ) invoices for gas shrinkage & Gas volume delivered. * Planning & Implementation of ATA Plan in coordination with sevices department * Management & supervision of operation of 20000 bpd of crude oil decanting , metering and pumping facility
