She served on their U.S. Legal Entity boards and led major complex global business transformations & supported operations across; Finance, Investments, Claims, Reinsurance, Actuarial, Risk, Reserving, HR, data & cyber/GDPR compliance. She served on; Enterprise Risk, Crisis Management, Cyber, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity committees. As a Managing Director, she co-led the Diversity & Inclusion and Innovation programs globally. Ms Foley held technology leadership roles at; XL Group, Guy Carpenter, New York Shipping and Pershing Division of Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette.
