Oversee a portfolio of evidence-based national initiatives for suicide prevention and life promotion. • Manage MHCC's role as Secretariat for the National Collaborative for Suicide Prevention, a network of over 24 pan-Canadian mental health organizations united to prevent suicide and promote life and living. • Lead the research, scoping, development, and dissemination of policy recommendations related to Canada's National Action Plan for Suicide Prevention.

Lead the design, creation, and implementation of tools and programs for suicide prevention and life promotion in diverse populations across Canada. • Liaise with communities across Canada to support their local suicide prevention and life promotion efforts for diverse populations. • Lead the creation and development of knowledge products related to men’s suicide prevention, focusing on building positive masculinities for life promotion. • Manage relationships with key stakeholders in the mental health sector and communities across Canada looking to design and implement intersectional suicide prevention and life promotion programs.

Liaise with local organizations serving Colombian populations to identify and interview Colombians living in Ontario. • Conduct semi-structured in-depth interviews with victims, witnesses, and perpetrators of conflict violence. • Deliver presentations on the mandate and ongoing work of the Colombian Truth Commission in Canada. • Work with representatives from Global Affairs Canada to disseminate the findings of the final report from the Colombian Truth Commission.

Teach and facilitate learning and discussion in a classroom of 25 undergraduate students. · Design lessons that align with lecture objectives and provide students with foundational academic skills. · Prepare activities for the students to engage with development theories beyond the textbook. · Grade assignments and provide thorough feedback for students to develop critical thinking and writing.

Monitored early alerts and reports of the Ombudsman (Defensoría del Pueblo) on an ongoing basis to analyze the dynamics of violence in a post-accord period. · Analyzed data from 20+ sources for the final production of a qualitative report on the current security situation of social leaders and human rights defenders in Colombia. · Ensured that the analysis and report have a differential gender focus to highlight the experiences of women.

Managed highest-tier partnerships as they looked to invest in community & sustainability. • Negotiated a five-year multi-million dollar partnership agreement consisting of sponsorship and donations. • Oversaw cross-departmental projects aimed at program planning and execution. • Designed a partnership program proposal based on mutual social entrepreneurship values.

Facilitated volunteer trips aimed at educating youth and adults about international development and social justice.
