Incitec Pivot is a leading global chemical company with nitrogen-based manufacturing at its core. The company provides fertiliser and explosive products to agricultural and mining companies supporting community needs. In addition to my responsibilities as the Treasurer for the IPL group, I am responsible for leading corporate strategy reporting directly to the IPL CEO. As part of this role I will take either a lead role in or work in corroboration across the different business units in:- • M&A activities including due diligence and contract execution • Management of internal working groups for large scale procurement projects • support business unit strategy development and execution

Quantum Fertilisers is a trading subsidiary of Incitec Pivot Limited. With Head Office strategically located in Hong Kong, it allows the company quick access to the major fertiliser markets in the world. Quantum Fertiliser trades approximately 2 million tonnes a year with a turnover above A$1Bn. Its relationship with IPL allows it to offer sellers and customers unique benefits as it connects relationship and facilities trade mostly in the south east Asia footprint. As CEO and Chairperson my main responsibilities include: - • Monitor and approve all trading activities for the Company • Responsibility for the profitability of the business unit • Support the Company’s CFO in their role • Ensure appropriate corporate governance are in place • Ensure compliance with the Trading Policy with emphasise on KYC requirements and trade sanctions.

The treasury team manages debt facilities in excess of A$2bn, the associated interest rate risk and FX exposures of approximately US$1bn annually. As treasurer my role includes: - • Capital management for the group including activities such as share buyback, off shore and on shore bond raising and bank facility negotiations. • Management of working capital solutions such as supply chain finance and leasing • Policy development and implementation. • Risk management strategy development and execution • Transactional banking and cash flow management. • Management of bank relationships. • Liaising with the Board Audit and Risk Committee and the Board in relation to Treasury aspects. • Management of debt investor and bank relationships including road shows

As General Manager – Treasury risk and Insurance my role included: - • Supporting CFO in capital management for the group • Negotiation of Bank facilities • Management of working capital solutions such as supply chain finance, receivable factoring and inventory finance • Setting up the risk appetite relating to the Company’s insurance needs and procuring the required policies. • Policy development and implementation. • Risk management strategy development and execution • Liaising with the Board Audit and Risk Committee in relation to Treasury aspects. • Transactional banking and cash flow management. • Management of bank and insurance relationships on a daily basis and during road shows.

As Deputy Treasurer my role included: - · Support Corporate-funding activities undertaken by the Group. · Management of working capital requirements including the implementation of trade facilities. · Treasury Policies development and implementation. · Financial Risk management strategy development and execution · Active management of hedging portfolio. · Transactional banking and cash flow management. · Management of bank relationships. · Special Ad hoc projects

AWB was Australia’s largest agribusiness and one of Australia’s top five exporters by value. Its treasury is responsible for the development, execution and management of the funding, investment, value added and discretionary activities. The FX team manages FX exposures of approximately USD 3 billion on annual basis, running one of the larger and more complex option books in corporate Australia. Annual turnover in spot/forwards/options is approx USD 20 billion. As the assistant treasurer my role included:- · Financial risk strategy development and execution · Transactional banking · Cashflow management · Support the Steering committee · Special projects

CBA’s Global Markets team provides specialist advice, strategies, information and policies on financial, risk and capital management matters, as well as comprehensive investor relations. As a global market specialist my role included: • Managing Client relationships. • Restructuring financial market positions. • Liaising with the banks different internal divisions.
