Have been responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial performance of the corporation's business areas. At Agyom, as a Founder, our focus is on shaping the company's vision and strategic direction. Have been overseeing the company's Global Delivery, Enterprise Business and Digital Transformation missions. Currently leading the Client Engagement and Delivery from our offshore Center and is in charge of ensuring that we deliver what is committed, along with Value-Adds to ensure that our clients get value beyond their investment. A member of Dronna Educon Pvt. Ltd and the Board of Advisor of the SalesOne, a CRM new generation platform, along with being a member of a few advisory bodies and charitable organization boards. Most recently, have worked as Vice President of Ezhire, leading a hiring platform across the globe. Under her leadership, the Ezhire portfolio featured more than 1,000 FTE, including all Engineering areas. Have driven end-to-end projects in a Techno-Managerial role and headed the Sales and Delivery of multi-million engagements. Her goals as a Techno-Sales leader is always to empower her team to be the best that they can be, to ensure customer satisfaction and success, and build and maintain long-lasting relationships.
