My name is Unai Carrasco and I am a psychologist specializated in organizational psychology. I have a great interest in the development of talent in companies, motivation and learning. 🧠 My training in psychology has taught me that there are people with very different personalities, varied abilities and skills, and with unique goals. Also, giving me the evaluation and intervention tools to improve companies spaces where people can contribute and develop to their fullest.🌟 Previously, I had the opportunity to see two large branches of the people department, such as recruitment and training. Seeing from the design of the training itself to the integration of it into a Training Plan, the selection of the most diverse profiles and designing professional support plans. Being two branches that are closely linked to each other. 💙 Currently, I am working at Between Technology as a Talent Manager, selecting the best talent in the industrial sector and accompanying them in their professional development.
