My role is Managing and improving National Operations and Supply Chain in Australian Operations in 3 states.

Consulted to; Yusen Logistics, GUD Ryco, Bendix Thailand, Warehouse Exchange, Vacuum Spot. o Account Manage Global Customer, while rolling out 150 stores Nationaly. o Implement second shift to manage volume increase from 6000 picks per day to 12,000 pick per day. o Increase productivity from 35 picks per hour to 88 units picks per hour. o Implemented cost tracking and reduced cost per pick by 30%. o Negotiated new EBA without Unions. o Implemented Goal setting and performance management of operations management. o Developed Transport Distribution strategies to improve on time deliveries from 50% to 99.5%.(Bangkok, Thailand) o Re-structured operations in line with Strategy/goals. o Implementing TPS (Toyota Production System tools) o Develop and implementing layout to warehouse to improve efficiency and increase capacity. o Developed Tender for Transport & Warehouse requirements and improve service and cost.
