Part of the Pay product team at Foodics. Primarily managed the acquisition, installation, merchant management, and operational & compliance aspects of the product, along with enabling payments across various Foodics products including Foodics Online (online payments), Pay-at-Table, ECR-POS integrations, Customer Display, Foodics One, and more. Developed, aligned with stakeholders, and maintained a comprehensive product vision and roadmap for the merchant scope in Foodics Pay, aligning with company strategy and objectives. Set up processes and monitors for product performance, feature KPIs, and metrics.

Managed and led the residential engineering team, taking ownership of software and hardware designs, including conceptualization, architecture, implementation, validation, launch, and product operations. Provided system-level ownership of products and solutions to achieve product performance, cost, and timeline requirements. Developed and maintained clear long-term hardware and software product roadmaps. Ensured cross-functional alignment, generating clarity on long-term strategy with stakeholders across engineering, business development, sales, supply chain, and marketing. Accomplishments: Created a business plan and financial model for transforming Rawabi's R&D Group into a separate business unit that would research, develop, and manufacture novel technologies to address industrial needs in the MENA region. Conceptualized, managed product lifecycle & business strategies, produced competitive studies & market positioning, and led the development of the first Explosion-proof Wireless Gas Sensor to be designed and manufactured in Saudi Arabia.

Technical Lead of a medium-sized agile team of engineers developing custom software, embedded systems, and novel industrial products; managing, executing, and delivering industrial engineering projects in the O&G sector. Led and supported the product development engineering cycle from concept development to prototyping, validation, product launch, and successful handover to operations in coordination with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development stakeholders.
