Handling one of the unique and prestigious project of 'Grand Memorial Of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar' at Indu Mill Dadar which comprises of 450ft of Ambedkar Statue along with other ancillary structures such as 1000 seater auditorium, Research Center, Meditation center and many other facilities. This project is EPC-Turnkey-Design & Build in nature.

Handled Project-, RBI(Reserve Bank Of India) senior officers quarters-Suvarnarekha Project, at Dadar, Mumbai. It was residential project of 2lac sqft development on EPC-Turnkey- Design & Build basis, which successfully handed over to RBI on Aug.2018 which inaugurated by Hon. Governor Sh.Raghu Ram Rajan.

Project Handled- BDD Redevelopment Project of MHADA at N.M.Joshi Marg, Lowerparel which was redevelopment residential complex project for tenants residing in BDD Chawls. All preliminary planning, permissions, ground survey, sample flat work done during this tenure.

Handled Project- Mall & Drive In Theater Project of Maker Maxity, at BKC , Mumbai.

Handled Projects- TC22 , Reliance Corporate Park, Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai- This was PEB(Pre Engineered Building) built for Reliance-5GGeo Project. Total area 10 lac sqft with four towers.

Handled Project- TC-23, Reliance Corporate Park at Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai (RCC Structure, 1 million sqft development, four towers) a EPC-Turn Key Project of Design & Build in nature

Handled Projects- 1. AWTF(Additional Waste Tank Farming) Project at BARC(Bhabha Atomic Research Center) 2.American Embassy-Substructure Project at BKC, Mumbai. 3.Sumer Trinity-Podium Parking Project
