Being a Design manager ( Arch.Draughtsman cum 3d visualiser ) in my current organisation with 17years working experience in mumbai. I have handled across High rise Residential, commercial, township, institutional & hotel projects. Present duties and responsibilities- * Preparation of Architecture conceptual, working and detail drawings. * Create Interior & Exterior 3d perspective for residential and commercial projects by using of 3ds max & Vray & Adobe Photoshop software. * Create 2d visuals ( Render floor plans, master layouts, sections ,elevations.) * Create conceptual 3d models for presentation in Google SketchUp. * prepare PPT presentations. * Coordination with MEP, Structural,Lisoning, other venders. * prepare & check approval drawings. Work Experience- * The Wadhwa Group June 2017 to Till date. * Horizon Architect's - December 2010 to June 2017. * Architect Hafeez Contractor August 2007 to November 2010. * Architect Pagnis & Pagnis -January 2006 to July 2007.
