Responsible for timely supply of Aircraft components, tools and consumable materials to stations globally via AMOS. Involved in sourcing and procurement of C&E materials from different OEMs and placing purchase order. Monitor and expedite the purchase order by liaising with the buyer through SAP and communicating with the supplier. Support PSG in setting-up material data for Unknown PNR by providing PNR related to document. Knowledge to read and analyse aircraft documents like IPC, CMM and SRM. Offering customers with technical guidance such as providing an alternate material or NHA material or repair and reuse of the same component. Follow up with in-house workshops located in Germany to accelerate the repair of LRU components. Providing stations with proforma invoice and DGR cerificate for the return of the materials.

In-charge of handling and dispataching routine, critical and AOG orders to the relevant departments in the organization. Analyse customer requirement and provide quick assistance. Good knowlege in Aeroxchange software and SAP system to analyse the customer details such as contract and non contract information.
