Working as a Senior engineer at the Lodha group at Lodha panache, Hinjewadi Ph 01. Where my role was Managing all day-to-day Activities and monitoring work, quality of Tower 3 & 4 having total area of 10500. Sq Feet and the total floors of G+32, Creating work front for subsequent Activities to improve the overall productivity of all works, preparation of BBS & Checking of all the bills Along With Executing the Work on site as per Approved Drawings.

Here on this project of G+2 Building Client is Spica Limited Here My role is Developing the site, Excavation, Shuttering, Reinforcement, Concrete, Checking, Co-ordination with client, Work Bill. PT Slab Execution and Checking according to drawings in Quality parameters, under Safety Precautions.

I work on construction and maintenance of sugar factory work. there are various activities of construction such as power plant, boiler, molasses tank, Diesel pump and covid health center building, B& C Continuous pan foundation. for all these constructions work I have handled all preparation of RA bill and execution work as per drawing and specification. and maintaining quality and safety for project.
