As a Co-CEO & Founder, sets and evolves the strategic direction for the growth, managing the expectations of organisation’s various stakeholders and alignment in all areas for the company. With deep domain & operational knowledge, adept in organizational alignment, exposure in M&A initiatives, clear customer focus and ensuring overall corporate governance, responsible for accomplishing company's goals & objectives.

As one of the core leadership team member, had the dual responsibility of managing Quality Assurance and Central Reference Laboratory. During my tenure, was responsible for implementing quality systems through ISO 9001 for managerial systems, ISO 27001 for Information Security Management Systems, ISO 15189 and College of American Pathologists (CAP) for Central Laboratories. Managed and interfaced with USFDA, WHO and DCGI for successful inspection of studies. Led a diverse team for integration & harmonisation of systems and process between Indian and German CRO team at the time of acquisition of Ecron Gmbh. As a Business Leader, was responsible for P/L of Central Reference Laboratory (retail as well as clinical trial laboratory services).

Joined one of the earliest telecom service provider JTM, Karnataka circle and later on was acquired by Bharti Enterprises in 1999. Held several responsible positions in Finance and Quality during 9+ years tenure. Was a key resource in successful migration of financial accounts from Tally to Oracle Financials. Management Representative (MR) for ISO 9001 for Karnataka region. Trained in Six Sigma by GE consultants for Black Belt. One of the first certified black belts at Bharti and has mentored several Green and Yellow belt projects for process improvements, enhanced customer satisfaction, reduction in error levels and improving the overall standard of services.

Responsible for book keeping, GL reconciliations, MIS and vendor management.
