Key Achievements: • Strategising DR Live Play approach, defining run book for Failover / Failback phases and embedding into Transaction Filtering applications when it was mandated by Security team for the first time. • Developing the fully automated Look back screening module to perform retrospective screening of past 3 years transactions at any time to comply with China regulator PBOC requirement. • Developing new List loading module that runs on daily basis with automatic threshold check and decision making as part of sanctions lists provider change from Prime to Dow Jones. • Full technical refresh of Transaction filtering application to RHEL as part of bank’s global AIX exit mandate. It allowed to close Security Exception risk card tagged to this app. • Successful Implementation of 2-FA using OIDC with Smart pass based certificate to meet Global Security mandate.

Worked for Citi Bank, Singapore through Polaris Software Lab Ltd, Optimum Solutions and Wipro Technologies., Singapore during this period (Feb-2008 to Apr-2015). Responsibilities: • Leading onsite Dev team responsible for UI (J2EE) & business (PL/SQL) enhancements and features development. • Reviewing technical specifications & test cases prepared by team members and sign-off. • Working with Upstream / downstream apps and various Infra teams for deployment of TCON product in new territories and supporting in UAT testing phase and till production go-live. • Contributing to the product development plan where all change requests & enhancements are tracked and reviewed. • Coordinating with offshore Dev leads / managers for new release deliverables review & builds. • Work with business user departments for regression, new enhancements testing and securing UAT sign-off. • Driving the fine-tuning efforts of EOD batch jobs time to time by optimising the long running queries and PL/SQL blocks to bring system online for deal booking next day. • Working closely with Business Analysis team on new features & enhancements training to user groups. • Conducting handover sessions with production support team with respect to newly implemented sites and product features / enhancements. Key Achievements: • As part of Global 2 Common (G2C) program, generalising TCON product code base as common one with extensive customisation that is parameter driven. Played key role in the development team responsible for this major project and achieved the common code base. Extensive development activities performed using J2EE and PL/SQL programming where core business logic is managed. It was transformed from each site specific code with lots of local customisations to generic base that can be deployed in any site with appropriate parameterisations. • Received Gem Award for individual contribution to Client migration project.

Worked for Citi Bank, India on Payroll of Polaris Software Lab Ltd., India during this period (Dec-2006 to Feb-2008). Responsibilities: • Analyze HLD (High Level Design) document drafted by team lead with new requirements. • Develop new and enhance existing programs with Pro*C using NAPT framework inline to requirements. • Prepare Unit test cases & test plan following the standard template. • Conduct Unit testing of changes and share test results for Lead review. • Promote changes to UAT post reviews and successful Unit testing. Key Achievements: • Won Spot Excellence Award for my major Development contribution to Reporting module which is used widely by HALS & GILS systems business users that in turn increased operations users documents tracking efficiency multifold.

Worked for ECIL, India through Tera Software Ltd, India during this period (Jul-2005 to Nov-2006). Responsibilities: • Attend ECSCADA system installation and new deployment session conducted by project manager and go through detailed technical documentation. • Prepare technical understanding documentation based on the session and present into to project lead. • Work with Infra team for setting up of servers and installation of pre-requisite softwares. • Amend existing Pro*C programs inline to customization and work on minor new enhancement requests. • Prepare Unit test cases, conduct Unit testing and share results with project lead for review. • Conduct peer review of test cases & program changes performed by another team member. • Participate in User Acceptance Testing. • Visiting client HPCL command centre site for deployment of ESCADA product and provide post go-live support. Key Achievements: • Deployment of product including client change requests with zero defects/issues post go-live. • Received HPCL client appreciation for remarkable deployment of product with special mention of my name for the key contribution and support rendered.
