Duties as Rig H2S System: - • Installation of Fixed and Wireless Gas Detection Systems • Testing and Commissioning of Fixed and Wireless Gas Detection Systems • Calibration and Function Test of Fixed and Wireless Gas Detectors at different Oil Rigs • Calibration of Portable Gas Detectors and Area Monitors. • Rig up and rig down of Gas Detection System at different Work Over and Drilling Rigs • Installation, Maintenance of Air Loop System for Onshore Rigs • Rig up and rig down of Air Loop System • Monthly Inspection of SCBA and SABA • Refilling of SCBA and SABA • Performing of Leak test for Air Loop System • Performing of Pressure Test for Air Loop System • Calibration of H2S/CO sensors for Breathing Air Compressor (MAKO/BAUER) • Performing of Air Purity Test for both Diesel and Electric Breathing Air Compressors • Troubleshooting of Controllers (Fixed/Wireless), Gas Detectors (Analog/Digital) and Alarm System (Audio/Visual) • All job are done as per Saudi Aramco Standards • Worked with different Oil Drilling Companies in Saudi Arabia namely ADC, SINOPEC, SINO, DALMA ENERGY, MBPS and MAKAMIN System Worked On: -  Oldham Fixed Controllers and Gas Detectors (analog/digital)  Detcon Fixed Controllers and Gas Detectors (analog/digital)  Pemtec Fixed and Wireless Controllers and Gas Detectors  Industrial Scientific Portable Gas Detectors and Area Monitors  BW Portable Gas Detectors  Gastec Air Purity Kit and Tubes  Kitagwa Air Purity Kit and tubes  SCOTT Breathing Apparatus  BAUER Breathing Air Compressors. Duties as QHSE Officer: -  Conduct pre-operational risk assessments on new sites and design risk mitigation measures  Review and analyses accidents and near miss incidents and make corrective action recommendations  Provide input to the leadership team on HSE matters.

Team Leader for Maintenance Department:  Daily inspection maintenance on all sites equipment’s assist, maintain and repair all mechanical and electrical equipment’s;  Ensure that the maintenance workshop provides timely support to the project operation and other functions;  Categorizing spare parts and specifying their rate of consumption and inventory control; spare parts requirements.  Improving inspection methods of spare parts, setting preventive maintenance programs,  Setting the yearly maintenance budget, monitoring and controlling expenses;  Lead problem solving and coaches the maintenance team on process improvement;  Communicate maintenance activities and performance regularly to management and, other department heads;  Consults with personnel to determine equipment operating and maintenance needs;  Ensure efficient maintenance and up keeping of all sites, groundings, and equipment’s;  Ensure safe operating conditions and promptly correct unsafe conditions.  Schedule the service & Maintenance of various Capacity Generator at CUMMINS, CATTERPILLAR, PERKIN, JOHN DEER and VOLVO.  Operation and preparation of service schedule for preventative maintenance and overhauling of all equipment and generators.  System All material PR/PO GRN in SAP operating System. Good working experience in SAP.
