• Creation of test strategy, test plans, test scripts, script execution for client requirement, market requirements and production issue items. • Agile responsibilities include grooming sessions and participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings. • Provide status reporting, defect triage, test summary, testing traceability. • Conduct meetings and reviews as needed with Operations and other stakeholders. • Prioritizing Backlogs: Working with product owners to prioritize features and functionalities. • Prepare process map. Understand current process and highlighting the change. Work on emergency RFC stories based on the client requirement. • Assisting testers on the queries and providing them with the mid-year and year end reviews on performance. • Understand and ensure compliance and risk management requirements for supported area are met and work with other stakeholders to implement key risk initiatives. • Pitch in testing if required and analyse allocated production bug and provide resolution for the same by acting as a mediator between developers and operations team. • Develop standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness, prepare playbook. • Present the change (user story) to Operations team and receive signoff before release. • Complete ownership during weekend validation (business validation) by successfully having the user story transformed in production Applications : TCSBancs , PSS , Nexen
