Manage the IT Business group responsible for all technology departments including IT Finance, project management, resource management, procurement/vendor management Oversee administrative deliverables related to budgets, finance, resources and procurement

• Responsible for the ongoing management of IT Finance, IT Asset Management for the Americas • Develop the annual operating budget of approximately $75million for Munich Re America and the shared North American IT services. • Liaison between Central Procurement and IT on technology contracts and compliance issues • Partner with IT Controlling and IT Procurement in Munich, Germany to ensure compliance to global cost savings and procurement strategies • Collaborate and align with local, regional and global partners to ensure compliance to contractual and financial arrangements • Manage software and hardware assets of the company to ensure that all assets are properly accounted for and inventories are set at adequate levels • Responsible for the execution of the regional IT Annual Report to parent company in Munich and quarterly analysis related to the North American regional entities • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of company policies, procedures and performance assessment of IT service vendors • Supports the short-term and long-term tactical and strategic goals of Global IT Controlling in order to support the current and future needs of stakeholders • Team with global and regional IT Finance to drive financial operational excellence for regional IT costs and work with local, regional, global IT Finance leaders to bring increased transparency and understanding around IT costs • Collaborate and align with local, regional and global partners to ensure compliance to contractual and financial arrangements • Manage software and hardware assets for MRAm and MRAS to ensure that all assets are properly accounted for and inventories are set at adequate levels • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of company policies, procedures and performance assessment of IT service vendors

• Work with IT senior managers to develop the annual operating budget of approximately $45 million. Perform monthly analysis on trends affecting budget and KPI’s • Responsible for the execution of the hub Americas Global Reporting of IT Financials to parent company and quarterly analysis related to the North American regional entities • Managed the IT acquisition activities related to hardware, software and maintenance renewals • Manage staff of 4 to ensure alignment of departmental activities with organizational goals • Facilitate the review, distribution and tracking of all RFI/RFB and vendor responses as well as all related pre and post analysis, awarding and savings tracking • Oversee investigation/reconciliation of discrepancies between invoices and goods/services received. Identify and resolve issues

• Manage vendor relationships and contract activities for providers of technology related goods and services, which includes consultants, outsourced work, fixed-priced workers • Manage the Munich Re America IT budget process • Administer the IT Cost Reporting in alignment with corporate finance processes

• Process vendor invoices timely according to IT/GPA payment procedure • Create and maintain a database for invoices, consultants, and vendor with features easily updateable • Create and maintain a database securely for consultants, i.e.: contracts, schedule A, non¬-disclosure, insurance liability and workers compensation insurance, time schedule and travel expenses • Manage, evaluate, and record consultant work orders as they are renewed or released
