* The processing of translations for/of websites, Power-point documents and general documents. * Translating, proof reading and transcripting documents for various companies, schools and private people. * Translations in the fields of business and economy documents, fiction, administration, technology and telecommunications.

My main duties as the camp manager was to organise the day-to-day running of the premier camp, guest relations, human resources, camp orders and logistics to the remote area, conflict resolution, administration work, stocktaking, overseeing all the departments of the camp (Food and Beverage, Housekeeping, Maintenance, the guiding department).

* I ensured and provided flawless and professional guest service experiences. * Analysed and responded to guest feed back per email and on Trip Advisor. * Respond to guests needs and anticipated their unstated ones. * Conflict resolution, I actively listened and resolved guests’ complaints. * I coordinated all arrivals and departures of VIP guests. * Coordinated and managed the communication between guests and staff and followed up to ensure complete service recovery. * The promotion of all activities, conveniences and programs offered. * Directed, trained and managed the lodge staff to ensure all standards and operating procedures are adhered to. * Updated and corrected all lodge and legal documentation.
