I focus my practice in the area of corporate law, with a specialty in private equity. I advise clients on the formation, operation and regulation of their various investment vehicles. My goal is to become an expert in the areas of transactional drafting and negotiation, but also to gain an intimate understanding of the private equity fundraising markets and the strategies that are executed within the industry. My industries of interest include global real estate, energy & infrastructure, as well as media & entertainment. I believe we are at our best when cultures exchange their ideas, strategies, know-how and capital in an effort to better one another and sharpen each other's skills.
