Udeep Shrestha

As Executive Director of Panchakanya Group—one of Nepal’s respected industrial and trading conglomerates—I lead strategic growth, diversification, and operational transformation across our portfolio. Over the last 14+ years, I have driven expansion in manufacturing, hydropower, construction, trading, and consumer brands, with a focus on long-term competitiveness and value creation. My professional foundation is innovation and entrepreneurship. I hold a Master’s Degree from Singapore Management University and completed the International Residency Program at Babson College, the global leader in entrepreneurial education. My work spans new business development, capital allocation, customer strategy, brand and marketing communications, and complex negotiations. I have played a central role in initiating and managing hydropower ventures that strengthen Nepal’s energy supply and support national sustainability priorities. I am also committed to developing emerging business leaders. As Past President of the Nepalese Young Entrepreneurs’ Forum (NYEF) 2021, I championed entrepreneurial talent, youth leadership, and private-sector advocacy. My mandate is clear: build enduring businesses, create stakeholder value, and cultivate innovation that positively impacts Nepal’s economy and society.
