With over 39 years of work experience in the field of hydraulic design and manufacturing, I am passionate to deliver high-quality products and solutions for the maritime and industrial sectors. As the Chairman and Managing Director of Mac-N-Hom Marine Equipments (P) Ltd., I oversee the design and manufacture of hydraulic steering systems for boats and marine vessels, with IRS type approval standards. We have more than 470 units in service in India, UAE, Oman, Qatar, Thailand, Srilanka, Bangladesh, Maldives, Switzerland and Rwanda (East Africa). I am also the Chief Executive of Mac N Hom Systems, a company that specializes in hydraulic and pneumatic equipments and machines for industrial automation. I hold a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration. I am committed to continuous learning and improvement. In my current role at Mac-N-Hom Marine Equipments, I lead a team of engineers and technicians who design and manufacture Manual-Hydraulic, Engine-Driven (PTO) and Electro-Hydraulic Steering systems for various types of boats and marine vessels, ranging from fishing boats to naval ships. I am responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance, as well as the specific requirements of our clients. We maintain strong relationships with our customers and suppliers. We are expanding our market presence and reputation in the regional and international markets, by participating in trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences.
