TaxRobot is an AI-powered R&D tax credit platform that automates the qualification, calculation, substantiation, and documentation process for businesses and accounting professionals. I built this company to solve a problem I experienced firsthand running an R&D tax advisory firm: the traditional credit study process was too slow and too manual to scale. The platform is built on the technical foundation of IRC Section 41 and the four-part test, with qualification logic, credit calculation engines, and a substantiation report generator designed to produce audit-ready deliverables. We serve clients across architecture, engineering, manufacturing, oil and gas, software, and other qualifying industries. Parachor Consulting was an R&D tax credit advisory firm I founded to serve small and mid-market businesses that were either leaving money on the table or overpaying for traditional consulting firms to claim their credits. Over five years, we delivered millions of dollars in R&D tax credits to hundreds of clients nationwide. I built every part of the operation from the ground up: business development, client intake, data gathering, qualification analysis, credit computation, substantiation reporting, and deliverable review. I also provided IRS audit defense services, preparing responses to Information Document Requests and representing clients during examinations. I started my career working for the largest national specialty tax consulting firm in the United States. I worked on the R&D tax credit implementation team, leading credit studies for mid-market and large businesses across multiple industries. This role is where I built my technical foundation in the R&D tax credit. I conducted on-site client interviews, gathered project-level documentation, and built defensible credit positions grounded in the four-part test and contemporaneous evidence.
