At Storeinn, I lead a pioneering journey into the future of self-storage, leveraging remote and digitized operations. We are a specialized third-party storage operator, managing and expanding self-storage portfolios for institutional investors. Our unique approach involves transforming existing storage facilities and organizations into remotely managed entities via our system platform and contact centers. We handle the entire expansion process, including strategic planning, feasibility studies, site acquisition, construction, and conversion projects, aligning every step with investor interests.

As a Strategic Advisor, I leverage my industry expertise in real estate and financial services to accelerate strategic change processes for companies. I specialise in driving growth, digital transformation, business development, and fostering investor relations. I help businesses define their purpose, build trust, and implement impactful change. My role also extends to Board membership.

As a Senior Advisor, I led strategic business transformation projects, catalysing change processes for clients. My key responsibilities included repositioning, enhancing customer understanding, facilitating digital transformation, managing projects, and fostering strategic business development. As Head of Real Estate Investment Management, I initiated and led new projects, creating innovative real estate investment opportunities for institutional investors. This encompassed real estate debt, structured bonds, real estate funds, infrastructure, and other investment vehicles.

As Managing Director, I spearheaded Schroder’s real estate business and investor relations in the Nordic and Benelux regions. Additionally, I held the position of Managing Director of the Swedish subsidiary of Schroder’s with international responsibilities. My role primarily revolved around real estate, infrastructure, and alternative investment funds.

As International Director, I was globally responsible for the corporate strategy and business development for the real estate division. This involved geographic expansion, acquisitions, marketing, launching new investment funds, investor reporting, and capital raising. Under my leadership, the operations grew from €5.6bn of AUM in 4 countries to €30bn AUM in 12 countries, with 15 new property funds.

Co-founded a high-level strategy consultancy focused on business planning and strategic growth. Successfully facilitated business planning processes at the board and executive levels for clients primarily within the financial service industry.

As a Senior Consultant in the Management Consulting division, I worked on corporate positioning, M&A's, change management, and brand positioning for prestigious clients like MeritaNordbanken, PharmaciaUpjohn, Volvo, and more.
