•Providing technical support regarding water and wastewater treatment, collection, transfer, monitoring, storage and reporting. • Contributing to the development and review of standard operating procedures for improved operations and reliability of water and wastewater treatment processes and assets. • Tracking and reporting on operational key performance indicators (productivity and performance) and data required by government regulators in relation to water and wastewater. • Project and Contract Management within council's Project Management and Procurement Frameworks as required. • Assessing information on condition, developing programmes for planned preventative maintenance, inspections and operation of water and wastewater treatment plants, storage dams, reservoirs, pumping stations and maintain databases of asset condition and critical spares inventory. • Assisting with compiling and recording data on various aspects of the raw water treatment systems and reporting to agencies such as NSW Public Health, NSW Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water (DCCEEW), NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA) and WaterNSW as required for compliance. Ensure that all activities are carried out to meet the requirements of Council's EPA Licences for the water and wastewater facilities. • Providing SCADA technical assistance and support to the Water and Wastewater Operations Team. • Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and project budgets. • Participating in organisational leadership including internal and external stakeholder engagement embracing organisational values and behaviours. • Working within council's Asset Management Framework to deliver on efficient strategic approach to works prioritisation. • Customer Service including engaging with the community and customers to understand their expectations and request feedback on service delivery.

My job responsibilities were 1. To monitor the performance of Regional WRRF (pond plants, SBR, ASP, and oxidation ditches) and review results for data integrity, variances and trends using (SCADA, ODSS, WWIMS) to identify plant performance and coordinate corrective activities required to ensure wastewater compliance. 2. To identify Wastewater Quality Incidents and assist the regional response and reporting. 3. To manage wastewater monitoring and programming in line with operational and regulatory requirements. 4. To perform process monitoring and asset management of Regional WWTP's and review results for data integrity, variances and trends, using SCADA, ODSS, WIMS for data analysis to optimize operations and meet license regulatory requirements. 5. Contribute to a routine review and development of relevant Water Quality Branch procedures and documents related to wastewater treatment (e.g. Process Control Tables, CCPs). 6. To execute on-site process checks, collect and analyze (WWQMS) water and wastewater routine/ad hoc samples. 7. To provides regional knowledge and expertise to identify and develop opportunities for resource recovery (e.g. wastewater, biosolids and sludge reuse). 8. To manage the disposal and the existing resource recovery programs, including assisting with the establishment and management of reuse agreements with external parties. 9. Lead the management of the Tankered waste process within the region, including review of Tankered waste data to ensure compliance with regulatory and WWTP's license requirements. 10. Develop and implement disposal agreements to ensure compliance with regulatory and WWTP's licence requirements. 11. Actively Engage and develops relationships with internal and external stakeholders including regional based reuse customers, tanker waste vendors, regulatory and government agencies. 12. Coordinate regional performance against regulatory requirements related to wastewater receival, treatment and disposal.

My job responsibilities were 1. Operated and maintained fully automated water and wastewater treatment facilities (Conventional RO’s, CCRO, CEDI, cyclic SBR, ASP, Pounds plants Fenton processes etc.), ensuring compliance with License, Quality, process safety and Environmental standards. 2. Performed process monitoring and asset management, using SCADA, ODSS for data analysis to optimize operations and meet license regulatory requirements. 3. Executed on-site process checks, collected water and wastewater samples, conducted lab tests, and ensured precise measurement from field instruments (E&I) to support accurate data driven decision making. 4. I conducted safety internal audits, Risk Assessment, incident investigations, and implementing WHS protocols on site during operations, maintenance activities to mitigate risks. 5. Coordinated within internal teams. stakeholders and delivery partners, to facilitating effective planning and communication for any plant site activities. 6. Maintained industrial standards (ZDHC Vol 2.0, Higg-index, Levis protocol, C&A matrix etc.) and regulatory frameworks, including IMS during wastewater plant operations. 7. Managed on site contractors, sub-contractors, received deliveries and chemicals, and conducted ad-hoc testing to ensure meeting the safety and quality standards. 8. Contributed in end-to-end water and wastewater projects, from project initiation through construction to commissioning and operational phases ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery while meeting government license standards. 9. Engaged internal and external stakeholders and customers to improve the water reuse efficiency, water quality, and Environmental Management plan. 10. Applied continuous improvement practices for optimization of treatment processes, driving operational efficiency and cost savings. 11. Developed shutdown and process flow management plans to minimize production disruptions and address safety risks effectively.

I had done 1 month long internship as Environmental Design Engineer. I was actively involved in the Water Quality analysis, Waste water treatment Analysis, Project Design and EIA report of Project Saaf Pani.
