+Handle nomination (FCL, LCL, MASTER CONSOL) shipments from agents. +Receive Invoice, Packing list, and EDI from vendor, process documents, and complete SI, VGM, HBL, MBL for the shipment. +Check and ensure the accuracy of customs declaration for vendor shipping term EXW. Contact and advise vendor as necessary. +Check sailing schedule which suitable customer's inquiry. +Track and update shipment status throughout transportation process until reaching destination port. +Work with shipping line when issues arise such as: Dem/Det, Extend SI, VGM, Revise Booking,... +Receive and check accurate SOA, conduct AR and AP for the shipment. Input all shipment information into company's system. +Weekly reporting to superiors and agents. Responsible for accurate pricing and documents for each shipment. +Coordinate with teams to address issues arising with shipment, ensuring stable transportation process.

+To handle import/export ocean freight shipments ( SI, VGM, HBL, MBL, INVOICE,..) +Tracking the schedule of the shipment up to the port of destination. Communicate with customers to get cargo details/update shipment status. +Communicate with shipping lines/coloaders to arrange booking. +Communicate with vendors/trucking companies to arrange collection/delivery. +Communicate with partners and send pre-alert documents. +Recheck bills and enter in system.Maintain good relationship with customers, vendors.
