About
Clinical and translational researcher with over a decade of experience across molecular diagnostics, clinical laboratory operations, and early-stage biomedical research. My background includes leading ISO 15189/LDT-certified laboratory programs and integrating clinical data with biostatistical frameworks to support evidence-based decision-making. In recent years, my focus has shifted toward translational drug development and program-level integration, supporting preclinical evaluation, IND-enabling studies, and collaboration with CRO/CDMO partners. I work primarily at the interface of science, execution, and decision alignment—helping teams translate complex evidence into actionable development paths. My current work explores system-level approaches to translational reasoning and early R&D decision support. Bionexis is an ongoing personal platform project that integrates biomedical evidence, experimental design, and decision architecture to examine how early research choices shape downstream development. 👉 https://ch731210.wixsite.com/my-site-1

Experience

Director, Genomics Product Development
Taipei City, Taiwan
• Translating complex biological and clinical signals into structured, actionable insights • Designing systems that bridge clinical observation with genomic interpretation • Developing early-stage concepts for data-driven healthcare products

Academic Evaluation Phase | Rewiring System Development
Taipei, Taipei City, Taiwan
Conducted an independent evaluation phase to consolidate translational genomics experience into a structured AI reasoning framework (multi-LLM-based): • Developed a modular rewiring system integrating public datasets with AI-assisted reasoning to explore pathway-level dependencies in oncology • Designed a multi-node architecture (Node-0 to Node-3) to separate evidence generation, hypothesis construction, and translation • Built Node-1 evidence compression modules and interactive apps (Streamlit) across multiple tumor contexts (LUAD/PDAC/CRC/LAML) • Established a contract-based multi-LLM workflow to ensure separation between evidence, reasoning, and narrative layers Selected outputs: • Bionexis Website (https://ch731210.wixsite.com/my-site-1) • Bionexis Rewiring Scaffold (GitHub: https://github.com/andrea841210/Bionexis-Rewiring-Scaffold) • Node-1 Solid tumor IC50 Explorer app (https://tp53-mut-aml-platform-fn8y5ziwe2wpswnwbgueapp.streamlit.app/) • Node-1 LAML IC50 Explorer app (https://tp53-mut-aml-platform-mwvjyold2caynx9m8wxwbr.streamlit.app/)

RD Project Manager, Senior Scientist

• Supported preclinical program execution (PD, tox/safety, CMC) in preparation for IND-enabling studies. • Coordinated CRO timelines and deliverables, supporting data readiness and cross-functional alignment for regulatory planning. • Translated preclinical findings into clinically relevant insights to support internal discussion on first-in-human (FIH) trial considerations. • Assisted in regulatory document preparation and communication across R&D, clinical, and external partners.

Director, Laboratory of Next-Generation Sequencing
Hsinchu County/City, Taiwan
• Led NGS-based clinical genomic testing for IVF programs in an ISO 15189-certified medical lab. • Designed and implemented workflows for PGT and carrier screening. • Maintained regulatory readiness and improved turnaround via LDT optimization. • Collaborated with clinicians to deliver accurate and timely diagnostics.

Head of Medical Research Team
Hsinchu city, Taiwan
• Directed a clinical research team with 8 SCI publications in reproductive medicine. • Oversaw IRB processes and compliance with ethical regulations. • Developed statistical models and EMR-linked workflows for clinical studies. • Presented research at international reproductive medicine conferences (ESHRE, ASRM, ASPIRE).

Senior Medical Technologist of NGS Lab
HsinChu City, Taiwan
• Pioneered establishment of clinical molecular biology lab from ground up. • Managed budgeting, facility setup, equipment procurement, and Illumina training. • Led integration of hardware and software systems to launch clinical NGS services. • Ensured lab met regulatory and operational standards for clinical diagnostics.

IVF Medical Consultant
Hsinchu County/City, Taiwan
• Provided infertility consultation and patient care throughout reproductive treatments. • Performed phlebotomy, semen analysis, and sperm cryopreservation procedures. • Managed English website content to support patient education and communication.

Assistant embryologist
Honji Fertility Clinic
Taipei City, Taiwan
• Performed semen analysis and human embryo culture procedures. • Established animal embryo models to support research and training. • Contributed to English website setup for lab communication and education. • Participated in startup lab operations, gaining hands-on experience across clinical and technical roles.
