Project Architect: • Working directly under head design principal to develop schematic designs for a wide range of projects and client types. • Aiding in the process of material and product selections. • Coordinating with project managers to ensure that project schedules and deadlines are met. • Assisting in the management of the design department to prioritize projects and personnel time. • Producing presentation graphics and 3D models with the use of Adobe Suite and Google Sketchup.

Project Architect: • Worked with regional and national commercial developers in coordination with a complete consultant team of engineers, designers, and contractors on a wide variety of project types and scales. • Attended reoccurring coordination meetings to report on and receive updates about the progress of projects. • Managed resource allocation within the limits of a budget; Creating and updating cost estimates throughout all phases of a project while operating under the constraints of hourly fees. • Worked closely with municipalities to obtain necessary permits and ensure ordinance compliance. • Prepared monthly billing reports detailing where time was spent on projects for the clients understanding. • Produced digital presentation renderings and 3D models, with the use of the Adobe Suite and Google Sketchup. Interim Master Planned Community Liaison (February-August 2013) • Served as the main point of contact for all single family developer clients; Ensuring that their inquiries, needs, and project deadlines were met. Led consultant meetings and design presentations. • Aided in the process of putting projects out to bid and maintained communication between contractors and subs.
