Provide Human Resources support for seven Quick Service Restaurants including Popeye's, Outlaw's BBQ, and Taco Bueno. Currently implement and develop personnel policies, administer retirement plan, assist with employee engagement and performance, payroll and time off management, and offer support to Store Managers regarding employee relations. Additonal responsibilities include ensuring that our organization is in compliance with all federal, state and local laws regarding employee rights, including FMLA, I-9 verification and completion, retirement audit compliance, EEOC reporting, PPACA, etc. Also provide support to our construction company, Bayou Rapides Corporation by developing and implementing polices, OSHA record-keeping, new hire orientation, employee relations, and discipline. Management of employee benefits for employer provided and employee elected insurance are also included in my responsibilities.
