1. Provides the overall leadership and management of TORO China engineering team to make sure the success of assigned and designated works. 2. Responsible for project management. 3. Responsible for product design and improvement 4. Responsible for molding tool design and improvement 5. Responsible for manufacturing process design and improvement

- Product and Process development.（Mechanical design, validation and verification） - Project management （including the NPI, product upgrade, as well as the projects regarding the facilities） - Design control - 6 sigma and lean introduction and practice - Ensuring the excellent team work and good communication with other teams - Other tasks

- Lead team to perform the Process development, improvement and maintain, as well as NPI. - Automatic production line development and introduction. - Introduce the advanced manufacturing and problem solving ways to business unit such as the Lean product, 6 sigma, PDCA, MEDIC - Ensuring the excellent team work and good communication with other teams - Organize the daily work in the technical department

- Team management (including the process, equipment and facility), to make sure it can operate with high efficiency. - By following the PDCA ＆ MEDIC, continuously doing manufacturing improvement to reach new levels of performance, job satisfaction and customer satisfaction； - Being responsible for new process introduction and new product transfer from USA to the manufacturing plant in Xiamen China（including analyze and choose proper process、equipments、tooling to meet production） - Facilitating the implementation of programs with project managers to achieve the goal； - Establishing Engineering department goals, objectives and tactics. - Developing, implementing and strictly controlling the business, systems and strategies essential to achieve bottom-line profitability of the operations. - Ensure excellent teamwork and maintain good relationship among team members both in China（Xiamen or Shanghai）and USA - Develop, analyze and control the departmental expense budgets.

- Built up the PM（preventive/predictive maintenance） team and develop it to be a team that covers the whole MAIN. department. Set up the effective operational system of PM； - Lead team to perform the process improvement, specially the machine improvement. - Improve daily MAIN. and spare parts management, enhance the 5S control and carrying out the standardized working, built up the daily KAIZEN（improvement）management system, carry out the lean manufacturing etc. - Work closely with engineer from USA for equipments and processes change and improvement；
