- Manage and supervise quality engineering team and metrology department. - Interface with new and existing customers to ensure quality requirements are being fulfilled. - Implement APQP standards for new projects. - Collaborate with other department leaders to develop solutions that exceed customer expectations in all phases of a project. - Drive continuous improvement projects company wide ensuring Steinwall continues to be at the forefront of the plastic injection molding industry. - Create and maintain all quality engineering and metrology department training procedures. - Research metrology equipment to make acquisition recommendations and decisions. - Team up with departments under my supervision to ensure our teams are strategic, well balanced and effective. - Strategize new team member acquisitions.

- Lead and execute quality improvement projects for plastic injection molding and secondary operation processes. - Respond to customer complaints with root cause analysis, and initiate follow-up corrective actions and control plans to prevent recurrence. - Responsible for customer quality initiative and improvement programs. - Implement and improve in-process inspection methods. - Support the ISO-9001 Certified Quality Management System. - Monitor statistical process control charts. - Monitor product process capability using capability parameters including Cpk, and Ppk. - Set up quality related documentation for new products including blueprints, control plans, inspection methods and packaging standards. - Perform and analyze capability and gage R&R studies. - Initiate and implement zero-defect and lean manufacturing concepts. - Perform and submit first articles and PPAP documentation.

• Study and resolve stress and fatigue based failures to beams, buckets and bearings • Product and billing system conversion and transition • Machine and manufacture jib extensions for high-line electrical applications • Track and record inventory, repair orders and purchase orders

• Provide guests with excellent service • Park and retrieve vehicles • Complete and file paperwork daily • Supervise employees during hours of operation
