A varied role in an Operations team of one, wearing many different hats during a time of high growth and major pandemic disruptions. Managed the end to end supply chain from procurement and sourcing, NPD testing, production planning, setting up 3rd party warehousing and co-packers. Through to retail logistics, customs clearance, deliveries, and invoicing. - Procured and managed the relationships, contracts and performance of the Dutch 3rd party manufacturing partner, UK based co-packers, and international Logistics providers. - Analyzed demand data to continuously improve the S&OP process. - Successfully transitioned from a 100% foodservice model to a retail model, in response to COVID-19 restrictions. Single-handedly implemented a new suite of packaging, co-packers, 3PL logistics, and warehousing within 2 months to maintain cash flow. - Developed a robust supply network to guarantee nationwide stock availability for prominent Retail and Foodservice clients, including Sainsbury's, Tesco, Wholefoods, Ocado, Brakes, and Bidfood. - Operational management of new product development from initial trials through to launch. - Implementation of Inventory Management software (Unleashed). - Inbound/outbound export documentation and customs declaration prep.
