Support with the interview of potential charging parties via telephone or face-to-face meeting, to elicit information about their complaints of discrimination and provide assistance relating to filing charges. Assist the federal investigators with correspondence received relating to the filing of charges and date entry/research in our tracking system. Assist with the investigation of charges of employment discrimination, including but not limited to: preparing investigative plans, interviewing witnesses, gathering facts, assessing the evidence, drafting requests for information to charging parties and employers, determining the theory of discrimination that applies to the charge, analyzing the information provided by an employer, presenting findings and recommendations to the federal investigators.
